Of course I also got to visit my sweet little niece. She was sitting nicely on her own now whenever Grandpa would let her.
Of course this is so overdue she is probably crawling by now. My guess is there is nothing like a Christmas tree with presents underneath to motivate a babe to crawl. Look out mama!

Dandelion mini sesions - calgary children's photographer

They are here. so far there is no snow on the ground so I think we might just be in the clear!
So... Yes, we are planning for dandelion mini-sessions.
The deal: only $29.99 for a 30 minute session! ..... special packages to be announced.
Location: to be determined. -although it seems like they are always around, these 'pretty yellow pests' actually have a relatively short lifespan so our location will be determined shortly before the sessions. (**if you see a great display of yellow please let me know. I'd appreciate the tip!**)
When?: Sessions are available this weekend, Monday & Tuesday evening and possibly, after I've checked with mother nature, next weekend.

What a perfect little girl! We had a great excuse to go for a holiday these past 2 weeks and here she is.... (sooc) cute as ever!

Double Shot

As if one sweet little baby girl wasn't enough for one weekend, i also had the fortune of photographing this little doll. Only a little older, she was lifting her head and trying to escape the whole set at times. She'll have no problem keeping up with her three older siblings very soon. I'm looking forward to meeting the whole family next time.

The good, the bad and the Super Cute!

The good - I had a great day working on the images from Saturday's session, smiling to myself over these two beautiful kiddos.

The bad - all my 6 hours of retouching work was overwritten (I detest software upgrades; at best it takes hours to download and install properly and reset all the preferences, etc. ~worst would be 'today', I hope) ...and yes, although I'm sure it could have been avoided, I am blaming lightroom ...it just makes me feel better!

Anyways... on to the Super Cute!





Yes, it was certainly was my pleasure to photograph this family over the past weekend. I wish I could share their whole gallery with you!
