A big thanks to those of you who follow my blog as bad as I am with posting on a regular basis! 

Since I posted the Silver Valley special before my holidays I've had a couple of emails from my good friends and clients in Calgary wanting to take advantage of this package.  So... although the package was not meant for Calgary, I've decided to offer a limited number of these packages in Calgary for the spaces I have left through the end of August.

Accredited! - Calgary Child Photographer

So I finally got around to submitting my accreditation for Child Portraiture last month and lo and behold what a pleasant surprise I received in the mail today!  The following ten out of ten images were accepted and I've earned my accreditation certificate for Child Portraiture.

As I'm sure you can tell by all these sweet little faces it was a lot of fun along the way!

I love to photograph people; families, children, and babies of all ages but it was certainly a lot of fun to create these images for something a bit different!

Vacation Photos - Calgary Family Photographer

These are a couple of photos from our weekend holiday at the Steamboat Mountain Chalets in Spillimacheen, B.C. which is 20 minutes north of Radium.  This first image is the loft in our cabin and the highlight of the whole trip for the girls!

And although I thought the loft was cool, I preferred the scenery.....

And playing with some new techniques in PS.....   which of the following perspectives do you prefer?

...and we just missed the snow :)    We had to drive home it but no complaints there!

What a Cute Family - Clagary Family Photography

It's so hard to believe my little baby nephew is such a big boy already!
My sister and her family were able to come for a short visit before Christmas and despite the fact that the studio was converted into a guest suite for the weekend we were able to get a few photos of her beautiful little(for now) family. This is the Christmas card I made for her to send out.

So maybe my family that is reading this will smile at her beautiful picture and forgive me for not getting my own Christmas cards out this past year!
